How can I pay for my Items?We currently accept the following payment methods

How do I redeem a promotional code on Fussie?Simply enter your promotional code into the "Discount Code" field at checkout and then click on the "Apply" button to redeem your promotional code.
Can I change my order?Yes you can, Please call our Customer Services Team on 0844 567 2738 and we will make any changes you require providing your order has not been dispatched, if your order has been packed and dispatched we will not be able to make any changes to your order.
Delivery and Pricing. How will I know you have received my order ?We will send you a confirmation email as soon as your order has been placed, if you do not receive an email please check your spam folder or contact our Customer Service team who will be happy to confirm your order
How long will it take to receive my order?As soon as your order has been dispatched we will email you letting you know you goods are on their way.
Do you deliver to British Forces (BFPO) addresses?Yes we do.
Can I track my order online?Yes you can, as soon as your order has been shipped you will receive an order dispatch confirmation email from us with your tracking number, if you do not receive a tracking number please call our Customer Services Team on 0844 567 2738 and they will be able to provide you with your tracking number over the phone
Will I need to sign for my order?A signature will be required, please ensure someone is at home to sign for your package
Returns and Exchanges. Can I collect or drop off items to your warehouse?Unfortunately customers can not collect or drop off items to our warehouse or offices, if you would like to return an item, please follow the returns procedure which is located on the reverse of your invoice.
How long does it take to process my refund?We process all refunds within 5 working days from when your item arrives back to us, please allow a further 3 days for the refund to show in your bank account .
How long does it take to process my exchange?We process all exchanges within 5 working days from when your item arrives back to us, we will then exchange your item and post the new item back to you, Please allow a further 2 - 3 working days to receive your new item. Please note this process depends on the time of the year, if you need your item urgently then please place a new order online so we can ship it quickly, and then request a refund for the item you will be sending back.
What do I do if I receive an incorrect item?If you have received an incorrect item, please contact our Customer Services Team immedietly on 0844 567 2738, We will arrange to have the item returned using a pre paid returns label
