Can I Return an Item ?
Footwear purchased from our store may be returned for an refund or an exchange within 14 days of purchase providing the items are in perfect and resalable condition. All footwear must be returned back in their original condition with the original packaging and unworn, any worn footwear will be denied a refund and sent back to the customer at their expense, Please return any unworn footwear to the below address and enclose your returns note and or invoice within the package being returned.

To ensure your return is handled quickly, please follow the following guidelines.
- Return your shoes in their original condition, unworn and with tags intact, all items are inspected upon return.
- Enclose your returns note within the package being returned.
- We advise that you send items back to us using a recorded delivery service, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery or Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, we will not accept liability for items that are lost or damaged in transit.
- Please note that customers are responsible for the return postage costs.
What happens next?
- As soon as we receive your item back into stock we will notify you by email.
- If you have requested a refund we will refund the original card used for the purchase in full less the postage cost.
- If you have requested an exchange we will exchange the shoes for you (dependant on stock availability) and email you when your new shoes have been despatched to you.
What if I have received a damaged item or incorrect item by mistake ?
- If you have received an incorrect pair of shoes or a damaged pair of shoes please contact our Customer Services Team immedietly on 0844 567 2738 Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm.
